I want high quality videos. I wouldn’t sacrifice quality for anything else. If I could make it better than I will, with or without a team.
With that in mind, let’s see what I mean by quality.
It is my assumption that amazing quality gives amazing watch time, and as a result, amazing view count. The goal is to have an audience, so the more people watching, the better. If you need a specific goal, then aim for over 60% average watch time. Never look at only view count as a measure of quality.
My videos have gotten low watch time, CTR, and as a result, low view counts. Your job is to do what you can to make that go up (editing generally focuses on watch time). I’ve been improving but the quality isn’t as high as it needs to be.
